IBM-80H Injection Blow Molding Machine

  1. Hydraulic system of this machine adopts electro-hybrid servo system which can save 40% power than usual.
  2. Rotation device, ejection device and flipping device adopt servo motor,it can improve performance stability, fast without noise.
  3. IBM 100H clamping cylinder is under the rotation table which saves more space for mold rotation.
  4. Open-close mold adopt assistant cylinder do the actions , main cylinder purge and lock mold. Actions are fast and highly stabilized. Cylinder clamping force been more balanced to improve machine better inflexibility.
  5. Melt back pressure is controlled by CNC which is more convenient and reliable.
